Now, let’s delve into the ingredients required to create this delectable BBQ:

Ingredients:

Chicken (although beef, seafood, or other meats can be used)
Onion
Garlic
Potato
Corn
Lemon
Packet of coconut milk
Tandoori spice
Salt and pepper
Soy sauce
Tomato paste
Salt
Aluminum tray

Preparation instructions
Begin by thawing the chicken and then peeling its skin. Afterward, cut it into large, manageable pieces. In a bowl, mix honey, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and tomato paste to your taste. Add a pinch of salt and lemon juice and thoroughly blend the ingredients. Pour this flavor-packed mix over the chopped chicken and ensure its evenly coated. (Note that chicken is the star of this barbecue in Kanditheem, but other meats can be used as well.)

Next, chop the onion, garlic, corn, and carrots into sizable chunks. Place them in an aluminum bowl, drizzle with lemon juice, and add a measure of coconut milk. Position these bowls around the fire pit that you’ve prepared for your barbecue. The fire is kindled using methods similar to a traditional barbecue. The aluminum bowl serves as your barbecue’s cooking vessel and is also employed for delivery services in hotels and restaurants.

Around twenty to twenty-five minutes after you’ve arranged your dishes around the fire, they will be ready to savor. In Kanditheem, bread is the most commonly paired food with this BBQ, often served with farata or flatbread.

What makes this barbecue special is its versatility. It can be customized to match individual preferences. You can adjust the spice level to suit your taste and tolerance, add or remove specific vegetables, or introduce additional spices and ingredients to your plate.

As you relax near the fire, you can watch your BBQ and vegetable mix cook. If you’re planning to engage in beach sports, take a swim, or simply want to enjoy some leisure time, you can return after the brief cooking time and savor your delicious meal. The beauty of this barbecue is its minimal container usage, allowing you to relish a flavorful meal without creating unnecessary mess.
